Biography
Jim’ s entire career has been focused on litigation. He started as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney with the Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office, trying all manner of criminal cases from minor misdemeanors to high level felonies in all trial courts in Hamilton County. After 10 years of criminal litigation, he transitioned to the office’s civil division. There, he represented Hamilton County offices and elected officials in various litigation including construction litigation, civil rights claims, contract disputes, regulatory enforcement, workers compensation defense, environmental regulations, nuisance abatement, and personal injury defense in state and federal courts.
Since 2012, Jim has maintained a family law practice helping parents navigate difficult transitions. He has tried countless custody trials and property disputes in both Domestic Relations and Juvenile Courts throughout Southwest Ohio. Since joining Lindhorst & Dreidame, Jim has focused his practice on business litigation and medical malpractice matters, in addition to maintaining his family law practice.
