Josh is an Ohio attorney with Lindhorst & Dreidame Co., LPA, where his practice focuses on general business law, real estate, and estate planning and probate. He advises individuals, families, business owners, and companies on legal matters that often involve both personal and professional considerations. By taking the time to understand each client’s circumstances, priorities, and long-term objectives, he provides practical guidance tailored to the client and the matter at hand.

Josh’s practice areas are naturally interconnected. A real estate transaction may be an important business investment, a significant family asset, or both. A closely held business may own real property, represent a substantial portion of a family’s wealth, and play a central role in the owner’s estate plan. Likewise, decisions involving business formation, ownership, governance, and succession can affect how assets are managed during a client’s lifetime and transferred to the next generation. Probate matters may also involve business interests, commercial property, or other assets that require experience extending beyond traditional estate administration.

Before joining Lindhorst & Dreidame in 2026, Josh practiced at Millikin & Fitton Law Firm from 2018 to 2026. Over the course of his practice, he developed experience addressing legal matters that arise throughout the life cycle of a business, a real estate investment, and a family’s estate plan. He values building lasting relationships with clients and serving as a trusted resource as their businesses, families, assets, and goals evolve.

Josh earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Hanover College in Indiana in 2012. He later attended the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he earned his law degree in 2018 with a concentration in corporate law. His education and professional experience provide a strong foundation for a practice that brings together transactional, property, and personal planning matters.

Outside the office, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife, Tatyana, and their three children, Athena, Atticus, and Archer. A devoted husband and father, he appreciates time outdoors and the opportunity to make lasting memories with his family. He is also an avid outdoorsman and an enthusiastic supporter of Cincinnati sports teams.
